Jos\u00e9 Mart\u00ed und Virginia Mart\u00ed er\u00f6ffnen den gr\u00f6\u00dften kulinarischen Kongress Spaniens in der Fira Val\u00e8ncia mit der Anwesenheit von 21 Produzenten aus Castell\u00f3n.<\/strong><\/h3>\n<\/div>\n

Die Diputaci\u00f3n de Castell\u00f3n ist an diesem Montag auf dem ‚Mediterranean Gastr\u00f3noma‘ gelandet, dem gr\u00f6\u00dften kulinarischen Kongress Spaniens, mit einer gro\u00dfen Vertretung von Erzeugern, die ihre Produkte in den begehrtesten H\u00e4nden der nationalen Gastronomie bekannt machen wollen. Die Delegation der Provinz nimmt unter der Qualit\u00e4tsmarke ‚Castell\u00f3 Ruta de Sabor‘ teil, die von der Gesellschaft selbst gef\u00f6rdert wird. Der Pr\u00e4sident des Provinzialrats von Castell\u00f3n, Jos\u00e9 Mart\u00ed, besuchte heute in Begleitung der Abgeordneten f\u00fcr Tourismus, Virginia Mart\u00ed, das Kongresszentrum Fira Val\u00e8ncia, um jeden einzelnen der 21 St\u00e4nde zu treffen, die die Provinz auf der ‚Gastr\u00f3noma‘ vertreten. Jos\u00e9 Mart\u00ed dankte den Anwesenden f\u00fcr ihre kontinuierliche Arbeit, „um den Verbrauchern die besten handwerklichen Produkte anzubieten“ und f\u00fcr die Anstrengungen, die sie jeden Tag unternehmen, „um unseren gastronomischen Reichtum \u00fcber die Penyagolosa hinaus hervorzuheben und zu verbreiten“. In diesem Sinne ist der Pr\u00e4sident \u00fcberzeugt, dass der gastronomische Tourismus immer mehr an Bedeutung gewinnt „und deshalb d\u00fcrfen wir den Zug nicht abfahren lassen. Mit erstklassigen Produkten k\u00f6nnen wir glauben, dass unsere Provinz mit voller Erfolgsgarantie mithalten kann. Deshalb sind wir noch mehr daran interessiert, unsere eigene Marke ‚Castell\u00f3 Ruta de Sabor‘ zu f\u00f6rdern, damit sie uns mehr Sichtbarkeit verleiht, wo immer wir auch hingehen“. Mart\u00ed h\u00e4lt die Pr\u00e4senz der Gastronomie der Provinz auf der Fira Val\u00e8ncia f\u00fcr „sehr notwendig“, „denn es ist ein Schaufenster wie kaum ein anderes, um unsere Produkte, ihre Qualit\u00e4t und ihre Vielfalt einer unendlichen Anzahl von Fachleuten aus dem Restaurant-, Hotel- und Gastst\u00e4ttengewerbe vorzustellen“.
