An dieser ersten Ausgabe, die noch bis zum 19. Juni stattfindet, nehmen 30 Betriebe teil, die mit der Marke Gastrotourismus der Diputaci\u00f3n verbunden sind und innovative Angebote pr\u00e4sentieren, bei denen Produkte mit Null-Kilometer-Standard im Vordergrund stehen. Die Preise sind an alle Budgets angepasst, mit einer gro\u00dfen Auswahl an Men\u00fcs zwischen 25 und 50 Euro. Die Abgeordnete f\u00fcr Tourismus, Virginia Mart\u00ed, erkl\u00e4rte, dass &#8222;der Gastronomische Fr\u00fchling ein Fest unserer Gastronomie und der lokalen saisonalen Produkte ist, eine M\u00f6glichkeit, die Vorz\u00fcge des Projekts &#8218;Castell\u00f3 Ruta de Sabor&#8216; zu zeigen, f\u00fcr das sich der Provinzialrat von Castell\u00f3n seit Jahren engagiert. Damit wollen wir Touristen und Einheimischen in diesem Fr\u00fchjahr das Beste aus unserer Gastronomie zeigen und dazu beitragen, den Tourismus zu entsaisonalisieren&#8220;. Im Rahmen des &#8218;Gastronomischen Fr\u00fchlings&#8216; werden die besten Gerichte der Provinz gesucht. &#8222;Dabei verlassen wir uns auf die Meinung des Gaumens der B\u00fcrger, die mit ihren Stimmen die gastronomischen Vorschl\u00e4ge von h\u00f6chster Qualit\u00e4t bestimmen werden&#8220;, sagte Mart\u00ed. Es wird einen Gewinner und zwei Zweitplatzierte geben. Unter allen, die an dem Erlebnis und an der Abstimmung teilnehmen, wird eine gastronomische Reise f\u00fcr zwei Personen in der Provinz Castell\u00f3 verlost, die &#8218;Castell\u00f3 Ruta de Sabor&#8216;. Dieses Erlebnis wird \u00fcber einen QR-Code im Restaurant selbst bewertet, sobald der Gast sein Men\u00fc beendet hat.
