Castell\u00f3 Ruta de Sabor Gastronomischer Rezeptwettbewerb"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"intro\">\n<h3><strong>Der Abgeordnete f\u00fcr l\u00e4ndliche Entwicklung, Santi P\u00e9rez, hat seine Absicht ge\u00e4u\u00dfert, im n\u00e4chsten Jahr eine zweite Auflage der Veranstaltung zu organisieren, damit unsere Produkte sowohl innerhalb als auch au\u00dferhalb unserer Provinz die gr\u00f6\u00dftm\u00f6gliche Beachtung finden&#8220;.<\/strong><\/h3>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"desc_post\">\n<p>Der Abgeordnete der Provinz f\u00fcr Ma\u00dfnahmen gegen die Entv\u00f6lkerung und f\u00fcr die Entwicklung des l\u00e4ndlichen Raums, Santi P\u00e9rez, f\u00fchrte den Vorsitz bei der Preisverleihung des ersten gastronomischen Rezeptwettbewerbs Castell\u00f3 Ruta de Sabor, der von der Provinzverwaltung \u00fcber die sozialen Netzwerke organisiert wurde. Der Gewinner des Wettbewerbs war Santiago Tena Tena aus Vilafranca mit &#8218;Tito trufado Castell\u00f3 Ruta de Sabor&#8216;. Er kommt in den Genuss eines eint\u00e4gigen gastronomischen Erlebnisses in San Mateo, das eine \u00dcbernachtung, ein Mittagessen und den Besuch einer Weinkellerei in Betrieben der Marke Castell\u00f3 Ruta de Sabor umfasst. Wie der Autor selbst erkl\u00e4rte, ist dies ein Gericht, das er in seiner Kindheit an besonderen Festtagen zu Hause zu kochen pflegte. Zu den Zutaten geh\u00f6ren Tr\u00fcffel, Oliven\u00f6l, Artischocken und lokaler Wein. Der zweite Preis, ein Los von Castell\u00f3 Ruta de Sabor Produkten, ging an Luc\u00eda Andr\u00e9s Tena aus Vilar de Canes, die das Rezept &#8218;Conejo del Maestrat al ajillo&#8216; (Maestrat-Kaninchen mit Knoblauch) zubereitet hat. &#8222;Es ist eines dieser Rezepte, die von den Eltern an die Kinder weitergegeben werden und die lokale Produkte wie Tr\u00fcffel, Gem\u00fcse und Oliven\u00f6l enthalten. Und vor allem eine Menge Geduld&#8220;. Die Wettbewerbsregeln sahen vor, dass die Rezepte mit Produkten aus Castell\u00f3 Ruta de Sabor zubereitet werden mussten. Der Abgeordnete f\u00fcr Ma\u00dfnahmen gegen die Entv\u00f6lkerung und die Entwicklung des l\u00e4ndlichen Raums, Santi P\u00e9rez, \u00e4u\u00dferte in seiner Rede die Absicht des Regierungsteams der neuen Provinzregierung, im n\u00e4chsten Jahr eine zweite Auflage des Wettbewerbs zu organisieren, &#8222;denn es ist wichtig, dass die in unserer Region erzeugten Produkte in der Provinz und im Ausland bekannt sind, da sie unter dem Gesichtspunkt der Qualit\u00e4t einen sehr wichtigen Mehrwert darstellen&#8220;.
