Es werden 60.000 Teilnehmer erwartet, 180.000 Tapas werden verzehrt und es wird ein Umsatz von 1,9 Millionen Euro erwartet. <\/strong><\/h3>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"desc_post\">\n<p>Insgesamt 71 Bars und Restaurants im Westen (6), Osten (20), Norden (12) und Zentrum (33) der Stadt Castell\u00f3 werden zwischen dem 7. und 30. November an der X Ruta de la Tapa &#8211; Sabores de Castell\u00f3 teilnehmen, die von der Provinzregierung von Castell\u00f3n und ihrer Referenzmarke Castell\u00f3 Ruta de Sabor sowie von der Stadtverwaltung der Hauptstadt und Turisme Comunitat Valenciana durch ihre gastronomische Marke L&#8217;Exquisit Mediterrani gesponsert wird. Dies wurde bei der Pr\u00e4sentationsgala bekannt gegeben, die heute Nachmittag im Nodo-Saal des Hotels Jaime I stattfand und an der auch die Abgeordnete f\u00fcr Tourismus der Provinz, Virginia Mart\u00ed, teilnahm. Insgesamt werden 142 Tapas vorgestellt, zwei f\u00fcr jede registrierte Einrichtung, die einen Bezug zu einem lokalen oder provinziellen gastronomischen Produkt haben m\u00fcssen. Die diesj\u00e4hrige Ausgabe wird f\u00fcr die Marke Castell\u00f3 Ruta de Sabor werben und ein Verzeichnis der Betriebe enthalten, die Produkte verwenden, die sich dieser Marke angeschlossen haben. Man sch\u00e4tzt, dass etwa 60.000 Personen teilnehmen werden, die rund 180.000 Tapas verzehren und einen Umsatz von 1,9 Millionen Euro erzielen werden. W\u00e4hrend der Route werden verschiedene Werbe- und Kommunikationsveranstaltungen f\u00fcr die \u00d6ffentlichkeit und die Medien stattfinden. Die Abschlussveranstaltung findet am 10. Dezember mit der Preisverleihung statt, die durch eine \u00f6ffentliche Abstimmung und die Meinung eines gastronomischen Komitees, bestehend aus Experten und Sponsoren, entschieden wird. Die Tourismusbeauftragte der Provinz teilte mit, dass in diesem Jahr 13 Betriebe mehr als im Vorjahr teilnehmen werden, und \u00e4u\u00dferte ihre \u00dcberzeugung, dass die Gastronomie &#8222;ein entscheidender Faktor f\u00fcr die F\u00f6rderung des Tourismus in der Provinz Castell\u00f3n sein wird, deren Produkte aufgrund ihrer Qualit\u00e4t sehr beliebt sind&#8220;. Der Mercat Central de Castell\u00f3 und DIL sind die offiziellen Lieferanten dieser Veranstaltung, Magna ist das offizielle Bier. Das diesj\u00e4hrige Bild ist ein Werk namens Men\u00fa, das der Maler Traver Calzada geschaffen hat.
