November in der Feria Valencia stattfindet, einen zentralen und herausragenden Platz einnehmen. Dies wurde bei einem Treffen zwischen der Abgeordneten f\u00fcr Tourismus, Virginia Mart\u00ed, und dem Abgeordneten f\u00fcr l\u00e4ndliche Entwicklung, Santi P\u00e9rez, mit dem Direktor der Gastr\u00f3noma, Alejandro Roda, festgelegt. Die Provinzregierung von Castell\u00f3n investiert 28.050 Euro in diese Veranstaltung, bei der sie neben der Provinzregierung von Valencia und Turisme Comunitat Valenciana einer der Hauptsponsoren ist.  <\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">Virgina Mart\u00ed wies darauf hin, dass dies eine notwendige Investition sei, &#8222;weil auf dieser Messe die besten Produkte aus der Region Valencia und anderen Teilen Spaniens ausgestellt werden&#8220;. Ohne die Unterst\u00fctzung der Diputaci\u00f3n&#8220;, so Mart\u00ed, &#8222;k\u00f6nnten viele unserer Erzeuger nicht auf der Messe vertreten sein, weil sie sich die Kosten f\u00fcr den Stand nicht leisten k\u00f6nnten&#8220;. <\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">Der Abgeordnete ist \u00fcberzeugt, dass &#8222;die Gastr\u00f3noma eine Messe ist, bei der man dabei sein muss, weil der gastronomische Tourismus immer mehr an Bedeutung gewinnt und weil die Provinz Castell\u00f3n in diesem Bereich aufgrund der Qualit\u00e4t unserer Produkte mit voller Erfolgsgarantie konkurrieren kann&#8220;. Au\u00dferdem &#8222;ist unsere Provinz zuf\u00e4llig die einzige, die mit ihrer eigenen Marke an dieser Werbeveranstaltung teilnimmt&#8220;. Die 28 Erzeuger, die unter der Marke Castell\u00f3 Ruta de Sabor zusammengefasst sind, werden den Stand der Provinzregierung von Castell\u00f3n besetzen.  <\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">Gastr\u00f3noma ist ein offenes Forum, das gro\u00dfe K\u00fcchenchefs, Hersteller, H\u00e4ndler, kleine Gewerbetreibende und Kunsthandwerker zusammenbringt und bei der Ausgabe 2018 mehr als 17.000 Besuche verzeichnete. Die Ausgabe 2019, von der man erwartet, dass sie die beste aller Zeiten sein wird, wird 30 % mehr Platz haben, um einem zunehmend professionellen Publikum den bestm\u00f6glichen Service zu bieten.
