Die Auszeichnung fand im Rahmen der Messe Gastr\u00f3noma statt, die heute in der Feria Valencia nach drei Tagen frenetischer Aktivit\u00e4t ihre Pforten schlie\u00dft, in denen 27 Produzenten der Provinz den Charme, die Qualit\u00e4t und die Innovation der Gastronomie der Regionen von Castell\u00f3n gezeigt haben. Der Pr\u00e4sident bedankte sich f\u00fcr diese Auszeichnung, &#8222;die zum einen das Potenzial unserer Produkte und unserer Handwerkskunst als touristische Attraktion und zum anderen die unerm\u00fcdliche Arbeit des Provinzrats zur Innovation bei der internen und externen F\u00f6rderung dessen, was in unseren D\u00f6rfern gekocht wird, anerkennt&#8220;. In diesem Sinne betonte die Abgeordnete Virginia Mart\u00ed, dass die Ruta de Sabor von Castell\u00f3 seit der Umstrukturierung der Zust\u00e4ndigkeiten der Provinzregierung im Juli letzten Jahres in die Abteilung f\u00fcr Tourismus eingegliedert ist, was f\u00fcr Virginia Mart\u00ed &#8222;ein Beweis daf\u00fcr ist, dass wir an unsere Produkte und unsere Erzeuger als bestes Werbeschreiben f\u00fcr Castell\u00f3 glauben&#8220;.
