Der Pr\u00e4sident des Provinzialrats von Castell\u00f3n, Jos\u00e9 Mart\u00ed, besuchte heute Morgen Gastr\u00f3noma, um den Erzeugern der Provinz die &#8222;absolute Unterst\u00fctzung des Provinzialrats f\u00fcr die Arbeit und die Anstrengungen, die sie zur F\u00f6rderung der Produkte unserer Provinz unternehmen&#8220;, zu versichern. Mart\u00ed besuchte in Begleitung des Regionalsekret\u00e4rs f\u00fcr Tourismus, Francesc Colomer, des Direktors von Gastr\u00f3noma, Alejandro Roda, und Cuchita Lluch, der Gesch\u00e4ftsf\u00fchrerin der Veranstaltung, die Messe zusammen mit den Abgeordneten der Provinz f\u00fcr Tourismus, Virginia Mart\u00ed, und f\u00fcr l\u00e4ndliche Entwicklung, Santi P\u00e9rez, die die 27 unter dem Namen Castell\u00f3 Ruta de Sabor zusammengeschlossenen Erzeuger einzeln treffen konnten. Die Provinzregierung von Castell\u00f3n investiert 28.050 Euro in diese Veranstaltung, die sie neben der Provinzregierung von Valencia und Turisme Comunitat Valenciana zu den Hauptsponsoren z\u00e4hlt. Nachdem Jos\u00e9 Mart\u00ed alle St\u00e4nde unter dem Dach der Castell\u00f3 Ruta del Sabor besucht hatte, hob er die &#8222;gro\u00dfe Pr\u00e4senz von Castell\u00f3 auf der Messe&#8220; hervor und betonte, &#8222;wie gut die Produkte aus Castell\u00f3n auf der Gastr\u00f3noma angesehen sind&#8220;. Der Pr\u00e4sident betonte &#8222;die Qualit\u00e4t unserer Produkte und unser klares Bekenntnis zur Innovation&#8220;. In diesem Sinne ist der Pr\u00e4sident des Provinzialrats der Ansicht, dass &#8222;die Gastronomie f\u00fcr den Tourismus von entscheidender Bedeutung ist und wir die Ruta del Sabor unterst\u00fctzen werden, um unsere Provinz so bekannt zu machen, wie sie es in Bezug auf die Gastronomie und die handwerkliche Produktion verdient hat&#8220;. Virgina Mart\u00ed, deren Abteilung jetzt f\u00fcr die Koordination der Ruta del Sabor von Castell\u00f3 zust\u00e4ndig ist, betonte, dass die Anwesenheit der Provinzregierung auf der Gastr\u00f3noma notwendig ist, &#8222;weil hier die besten Produkte aus der Region Valencia und anderen Teilen Spaniens ausgestellt werden&#8220;. Ohne die Unterst\u00fctzung der Diputaci\u00f3n&#8220;, so Mart\u00ed, &#8222;w\u00e4ren viele unserer Erzeuger nicht in der Lage, auf der Messe pr\u00e4sent zu sein&#8220;. Der Stadtrat ist \u00fcberzeugt, dass &#8222;wir auf der Gastr\u00f3noma pr\u00e4sent sein m\u00fcssen, weil der gastronomische Tourismus immer mehr an Bedeutung gewinnt und weil die Provinz Castell\u00f3n in diesem Bereich aufgrund der Qualit\u00e4t unserer Produkte mit voller Erfolgsgarantie konkurrieren kann&#8220;. Au\u00dferdem &#8222;ist unsere Provinz zuf\u00e4llig die einzige, die an dieser Werbeveranstaltung mit ihrer eigenen Marke teilnimmt&#8220;. Die Unternehmen, die an der Castell\u00f3 Ruta del Sabor teilnehmen und auf der Gastr\u00f3noma pr\u00e4sent sein werden, sind Agua de Benassal, Granja Boverals, Coop. AG San Isidro, Licores Nelet, Magistratus, Turrones Agut, Cooperativa Viver, Manantial de Almed\u00edjar S.L, Bodega Flors, Fruits de la Terra, Mas de Rander, Mas\u00eda dels Fumeros, Salsas Artesanas F. Gil, Dulces La Cartuja, Caf\u00e9s Balancilla, Licores Artesanos de Burriana, Bodega Almar\u00f3s, Productos Adell, Tomata de penjar d&#8217;Alcal\u00e0, Turrones Blasco, Olis Cuquello, Vicent Pan, Bar\u00f3n d&#8217;Alba, Bodega Bellmunt i Oliver, Organ\u00eda Oleum S.L., Belluga Gourmet und Rosamelia. Gastr\u00f3noma ist ein offenes Forum, das gro\u00dfe K\u00fcchenchefs, Hersteller, H\u00e4ndler, kleine H\u00e4ndler und Kunsthandwerker zusammenbringt und das bei der Ausgabe 2018 mehr als 17.000 Besucher verzeichnete.
