Der Pr\u00e4sident der Provinzregierung, Jos\u00e9 Mart\u00ed, die Abgeordnete f\u00fcr Tourismus, Virginia Mart\u00ed, und der Abgeordnete f\u00fcr l\u00e4ndliche Entwicklung, Santi P\u00e9rez, besuchten die Messe gegen Mittag und begr\u00fc\u00dften pers\u00f6nlich die 26 Erzeuger der Provinz &#8211; sechs mehr als im letzten Jahr -, die bis 20 Uhr die besten ihrer gastronomischen Produkte der \u00d6ffentlichkeit vorstellten. Die drei nutzten die Gelegenheit, um sich f\u00fcr den Prozess der Lebensmittelproduktion zu interessieren und Verbesserungsvorschl\u00e4ge zu sammeln, um der Marke, die die Produkte &#8218;made in&#8216; Castell\u00f3n umfasst, &#8222;neuen Schwung&#8220; zu verleihen. Die Abgeordnete f\u00fcr Tourismus, der Bereich, der nun die Castell\u00f3 Ruta de Sabor&#8216; \u00fcbernimmt, sagte, sie sei &#8222;sehr aufgeregt&#8220; \u00fcber dieses Umstellungsprojekt, denn &#8222;wir sehen die Gastronomie als eine Chance zu wachsen&#8220;. P\u00e9rez f\u00fcgte hinzu, dass sie von nun an &#8222;gemeinsam daran arbeiten werden, das Beste aus dieser Marke und allem, was sie umgibt, herauszuholen, denn auf diese Weise werden wir in der Lage sein, einen gro\u00dfen wirtschaftlichen Anreiz f\u00fcr die Regionen im Landesinneren zu schaffen&#8220;. Der Zustrom von Menschen auf die Plaza de las Aulas war dank der f\u00fcr den Dezember ungew\u00f6hnlich guten Temperaturen und des abwechslungsreichen Musik- und Unterhaltungsprogramms f\u00fcr Jung und Alt ungebrochen. Dies ist in der Tat die wichtigste Neuerung dieser Ausgabe der Konsolidierung, die sich f\u00fcr Live-Musik als Attraktion und Mehrwert zu den ohnehin schon stets \u00fcberf\u00fcllten Verkostungen und Kochworkshops entschieden hat. Am beliebtesten war wieder einmal der Rosquilletas-Workshop f\u00fcr Kinder, der vom Gremio de Panaderos de Castell\u00f3 (B\u00e4ckerinnung von Castell\u00f3) organisiert wurde.
