Die Provinzregierung schlie\u00dft heute eine erfolgreiche Teilnahme an der Messe mit 25 Ausstellern aus der Provinz ab, die mit der vom Provinzialrat gef\u00f6rderten Marke Castell\u00f3 Ruta de Sabor teilgenommen haben. Es sei darauf hingewiesen, dass die Erzeuger auch Dutzende von Gesch\u00e4ftskontakten mit Restaurants, H\u00e4ndlern und Feinkostl\u00e4den aus einem gro\u00dfen Teil der Valencianischen Gemeinschaft und Katalonien sowie mit H\u00e4ndlern aus anderen Regionen Spaniens kn\u00fcpfen konnten.  <\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">Der Abgeordnete f\u00fcr l\u00e4ndliche Entwicklung, Pablo Roig, sagte heute auf der Messe, dass &#8222;die Castell\u00f3 Ruta de Sabor ihre Aufgabe erf\u00fcllt, neue kommerzielle T\u00fcren f\u00fcr den Verkauf unserer lokalen Produkte auf M\u00e4rkten zu \u00f6ffnen, die noch vor einigen Jahren unerreichbar waren. Mit den gemeinsamen Anstrengungen der Erzeuger aus verschiedenen Bereichen unserer Gastronomie sind wir jetzt viel st\u00e4rker, wenn es darum geht, uns als Qualit\u00e4tsmarke zu pr\u00e4sentieren, die das Beste der Gastronomie von Castell\u00f3n vereint und die jeden Tag an mehr und mehr Orten in Spanien und der Welt verkauft und konsumiert werden wird. Wir sind stolz darauf, dass dieses Interesse im Hotel- und Gastst\u00e4ttengewerbe und im kommerziellen Vertrieb geweckt wird, denn das bedeutet mehr M\u00f6glichkeiten f\u00fcr unsere St\u00e4dte, die Quelle dieser hervorragenden Produkte&#8220;.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">\n<p align=\"justify\"><b>Gro\u00dfes Interesse an gastronomischen Tourismuserlebnissen<\/b><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">Neben dem Interesse, das die Marke Castell\u00f3 Ruta de Sabor und vor allem bestimmte Produkte wie die schwarze Tr\u00fcffel oder die Vistabella-Kartoffel bei ausl\u00e4ndischen Unternehmen geweckt haben, ist auch zu erw\u00e4hnen, dass mehrere internationale Unternehmen Interesse an der Vermarktung der touristischen Erlebnisse gezeigt haben, die bereits von vielen Erzeugern der Provinz angeboten werden, wie z.B. von einigen Weing\u00fctern der Provinz.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">&#8222;Diese Einf\u00fchrung des Tourismusprodukts ist sehr positiv&#8220;, sagte der Abgeordnete Roig, &#8222;vor allem wenn man bedenkt, dass dies das erste Jahr ist, in dem wir mit dem Tourismusprodukt Castell\u00f3 Ruta de Sabor an Gastr\u00f3noma teilgenommen haben, und die Resonanz war sehr gut. Wir sehen, dass der gastronomische Tourismus auf dem Vormarsch ist und die Branche sich zunehmend f\u00fcr dieses Produktprofil interessiert&#8220;.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">Es sei daran erinnert, dass der Provinzialrat von Castell\u00f3n die Teilnahme der Gastronomie der Provinz durch einen Stand der Castell\u00f3 Ruta de Sabor mit 168 Quadratmetern Ausstellungsfl\u00e4che gef\u00f6rdert hat, an dem so unterschiedliche Produkte wie \u00d6le, Weine, Kaffees, Eier, Lik\u00f6re, Mineralwasser, handwerkliche Saucen, Biere, Marmeladen, Artischocken, Penjar-Tomaten und verarbeitete und getr\u00fcffelte Produkte ausgestellt wurden.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">\n<p align=\"justify\"><b>Castell\u00f3 Ruta de Sabor, eine konsolidierte Marke in der Branche<\/b><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">Castell\u00f3 Ruta de Sabor ist bereits eine der st\u00e4rksten gastronomischen Marken Spaniens, die unter ihren Produkten zwei Herkunftsbezeichnungen, eine gesch\u00fctzte geografische Angabe und sechs mit dem Label Naturpark umfasst.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">Nach vier Jahren ihres Bestehens hat es die Marke Ruta de Sabor der Provinz Castell\u00f3 geschafft, mehr als 100 Erzeuger aus 15 verschiedenen Bereichen der Agrar- und Ern\u00e4hrungswirtschaft, zwei Herkunftsbezeichnungen, eine gesch\u00fctzte geografische Angabe und 6 Produkte mit dem Naturpark-Label zusammenzubringen. Die Marke ist in Gesch\u00e4ften, auf Messen, in Superm\u00e4rkten und gro\u00dfen Superm\u00e4rkten in der Provinz und in Teilen Spaniens vertreten. <\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">Mit dieser Art von Aktionen wie der 1.
