Januar 2019. Die Provinzregierung von Castell\u00f3n wird den gastronomischen Reichtum der Provinz auf der prestigetr\u00e4chtigen Madrid Fusi\u00f3n durch die Marke Castell\u00f3 Ruta de Sabor mit lokalen Produkten pr\u00e4sentieren, um die Gastronomie von Castell\u00f3n unter den besten K\u00f6chen unseres Landes zu positionieren. So wird die Provinzregierung nach ihrer Teilnahme an der FITUR auch auf dem 17. Internationalen Gastronomie-Gipfel Reale Seguros Madrid Fusi\u00f3n 2019 am 28., 29. und 30. Januar die Gastronomie der Provinz als Quelle neuer wirtschaftlicher M\u00f6glichkeiten f\u00fcr die Gemeinden von Castell\u00f3n f\u00f6rdern und hervorheben.  <\/p>\n<p>Madrid Fusi\u00f3n ist die wichtigste internationale gastronomische Fachveranstaltung, die in diesem Jahr in Spanien stattfindet, und bringt jedes Jahr rund 2.000 Kongressteilnehmer sowie die besten K\u00f6che aus Spanien und der ganzen Welt zusammen, die die Trends und die Arbeit innerhalb des gastronomischen Panoramas auf hohem Niveau sowie Qualit\u00e4tsprodukte vorstellen. Drei Tage lang werden renommierte K\u00f6che wie Ferr\u00e1n Adri\u00e0, Ricard Camarena und Quique Dacosta an Vortr\u00e4gen und anderen Aktivit\u00e4ten rund um den Herd teilnehmen.  Castell\u00f3 Ruta de Sabor wird auf der Madrid Fusi\u00f3n mit einem Stand im Bereich &#8218;Taste Spain&#8216; vertreten sein und \u00fcber verschiedene Werbematerialien und einen audiovisuellen Bildschirm verf\u00fcgen. Die Ruta de Sabor wird nicht nur Dutzende von Erzeugern aus Castell\u00f3 vorstellen, sondern auch die umfangreichen Speisekammern der Provinz pr\u00e4sentieren und die Provinz als Reiseziel f\u00fcr Gastro-Touristen positionieren. Die von der Provinzregierung herausgegebene Gastrokarte, in der die Betriebe, Unternehmen und \u00f6ffentlichen Einrichtungen aufgef\u00fchrt sind, die bereits Teil des Tourismusprodukts Castell\u00f3 Ruta de Sabor sind, wird sehr pr\u00e4sent sein. Der Abgeordnete f\u00fcr l\u00e4ndliche Entwicklung, Pablo Roig, erkl\u00e4rte, dass &#8222;wir eine umfassende Strategie zur F\u00f6rderung und Konsolidierung der Marke Castell\u00f3 Ruta de Sabor verfolgen, und im Rahmen dieser Strategie nehmen wir an diesen speziellen Veranstaltungen teil. Ziel ist es, die Vorz\u00fcge der Produkte von Castell\u00f3 bei einem vorrangigen Publikum bekannt zu machen, wie zum Beispiel bei den besten K\u00f6chen Spaniens, die die gro\u00dfen Verordner sind. Auf der Messe k\u00f6nnen sie die Produkte probieren, erhalten alle Informationen \u00fcber sie und erfahren direkt etwas \u00fcber ihren Herkunftsort und den Produktionsprozess, der zu ihrer Herstellung f\u00fchrt&#8220;.  <\/p>\n<p> Es sei darauf hingewiesen, dass dieser Raum, den die Provinzregierung den Erzeugern aus Castell\u00f3n zur Verf\u00fcgung stellt, \u00fcber Einrichtungen und Ausstattungen f\u00fcr die Abhaltung von Gesch\u00e4ftstreffen verf\u00fcgt und den Dutzenden von Erzeugern, die nach Madrid reisen werden, zur Verf\u00fcgung stehen wird. Die Dualit\u00e4t und Koexistenz der maritimen und der bergigen Umwelt in ein und demselben Gebiet ist das Unterscheidungsmerkmal der Provinz Castell\u00f3n, auf das sich die Kommunikation der Provinzregierung bei der Werbung f\u00fcr das Reiseziel auf Tourismus- und Gastronomiemessen f\u00fcr das nationale Publikum konzentriert. So verbinden sich Hochgebirgsprodukte wie Tr\u00fcffel, Fleisch, Weine, \u00d6le und Mineralwasser perfekt mit den besten Meeresfr\u00fcchten, Orangen und anderem Gem\u00fcse wie Artischocken und Tomaten. &#8222;Eine gastronomische Vielfalt, die an Qualit\u00e4t kaum zu \u00fcbertreffen ist und die wir f\u00fcr unser Gebiet ausnutzen m\u00fcssen.
