Dies best\u00e4tigte der Abgeordnete f\u00fcr l\u00e4ndliche Entwicklung der Provinz, Pablo Roig, nach einem Treffen mit dem Obermeister der Gremi de Forners, Jos\u00e9 Mir\u00f3. Die Provinzregierung hat \u00fcber die Castell\u00f3 Ruta de Sabor mit dem Druck des Jahrbuchs der Gremi de Forners de Castell\u00f3 zusammengearbeitet, die 2018 zur besten Handwerkerzunft Spaniens gek\u00fcrt wurde.
