In einem \u00fcberf\u00fcllten Saal haben die Mitglieder des Kollektivs &#8218;8 K\u00f6che, 8 Gerichte&#8216; das Publikum mit einer modernen Zubereitung der traditionellen Tomaten-Coca, die in der Provinz so tief verwurzelt ist, begeistert. Die K\u00f6che haben verschiedene Produkte kombiniert, die in einigen der 8 Regionen der Provinz erh\u00e4ltlich sind, und so die gro\u00dfe Vielfalt der gastronomischen Angebote von Nord bis S\u00fcd hervorgehoben. Diese Meister der K\u00fcche haben der traditionellen &#8218;Coca&#8216; Tribut gezollt und in Form einer Tapa eine ausgew\u00e4hlte Kombination der besten Produkte der Castell\u00f3 Ruta de Sabor mit sechs verschiedenen Zubereitungen kombiniert, die das Publikum begeistert haben. Die anwesenden K\u00f6che waren Fernando Molina (La cuina de Fernando), Modesto Fabregat, (Serra d&#8217;Irta Alcossebre und Casino Antiguo de Castell\u00f3); Emilio Miralles, (Al d&#8217;Emilio de Vila-real); Asier Manzanos (Restaurant El Vasco de Vila-real); Carlos Guti\u00e9rrez (Restaurant Casa Roque de Morella) und Vicente Mart\u00ednez (Restaurant Casa Rabitas de Nules). Einer nach dem anderen haben sie die Coca im Chor zubereitet und das Produkt durch die Kombination der einzelnen Zutaten, alles Produkte der Castell\u00f3n Ruta del Sabor, geformt: Cocateig, Almed\u00edjar Frischk\u00e4se, Penjar Tomaten, gegerbte Benicarl\u00f3 Artischocken, K\u00e4sew\u00fcrfel, Morella und Benassal Tr\u00fcffel, Benassal Haselnuss und \u00d6l. W\u00e4hrend der Zubereitung erkl\u00e4rten die K\u00f6che die Besonderheiten jeder einzelnen Zutat und erz\u00e4hlten etwas \u00fcber die Geschichte der Tomate Coca und die verschiedenen Sorten. Zum Abschluss wurde den Anwesenden eine Verkostung angeboten, bei der die Coca mit einem Glas Rotwein aus Azu\u00e9bar begleitet wurde. Der Pr\u00e4sident des Provinzialrats, Jos\u00e9 Mart\u00ed, der zusammen mit der Abgeordneten f\u00fcr Tourismus, Virginia Mart\u00ed, bei der gastronomischen Vorf\u00fchrung anwesend war, hob die Virtuosit\u00e4t der K\u00f6che hervor und betonte, &#8222;wie gl\u00fccklich wir uns sch\u00e4tzen k\u00f6nnen, in unserer Provinz alle Arten von Produkten und Geschmacksrichtungen zu genie\u00dfen, die unserem touristischen Angebot und unserem gastronomischen Angebot zweifellos einen Hauch von Qualit\u00e4t verleihen&#8220;.
