The provincial leader interprets the presence of the minister as a &#8220;clear support of the Government of Spain to agriculture and fishing in the Baix Maestrat, at a time that are again difficult for the increase in energy costs. The president values the closeness shown by Planas, who &#8220;wanted to listen to both the heads of the cooperative Benihort and the Denomination of Origin Benicarl\u00f3 Artichoke, as the leaders of the fishermen&#8217;s guild.  <\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">This was stated by Mart\u00ed at the end of the minister&#8217;s institutional visit, which was also attended by the mayor of Benicarl\u00f3 and provincial deputy, Xaro Miralles, and the provincial deputy for Rural Development, Santi P\u00e9rez.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">The president of the Provincial Council, who will also be present tonight at the Gala Dinner of the Artichoke Festival, has stressed that &#8220;although our institution has no powers in agriculture, we do everything in our power to support the sector&#8221;.
