The president of the provincial institution has taken the opportunity to thank them for the work they do &#8220;every day to value the cuisine of Castell\u00f3n&#8221;. &#8220;Increasingly, the tourism potential of the province is linked to the field of cuisine and food, its excellent products and, of course, the work of the best chefs who, in each of their dishes, put in value the great culinary heritage and excellence of gastronomic professionals we have in the province of Castell\u00f3n,&#8221; said Marta Barrachina.  <\/p>\n<p>In this regard, during the meeting held at the provincial palace, the highest representative of the Provincial Council of Castell\u00f3n, has shown the commitment of the Provincial Government &#8220;to value and disseminate the work of professionals in the Castell\u00f3n cuisine and the excellence of the enviable gastronomy of Castell\u00f3n&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>And, precisely, to recognize the trajectory of people and entities that promote the gastronomy of Castell\u00f3n, is what the Gastronomic Society of Castell\u00f3n L&#8217;Olla de la Plana does every year with the Olla d&#8217;Or award that this year will receive Castell\u00f3 Ruta de Sabor.
