said the president, who went on to say that &#8220;the gastronomic offer of Castell\u00f3n is very rich, wide and varied&#8221;.<br \/>\nUndoubtedly, this event will become the great showcase for the products and companies that are grouped under the brand Castell\u00f3 Ruta de Sabor.<br \/>\nThus, the fair will have an exhibition area where products can be purchased, in addition, during the three days, there will be presentations and gastronomic demonstrations.<br \/>\n&#8220;This event is an exaltation of our gastronomy and local seasonal products,&#8221; said the vice president of the Provincial Council and deputy of Tourism, Andr\u00e9s Mart\u00ednez.<br \/>\nIn this sense, the vice-president has highlighted the importance of gastronomy as &#8220;a first level tourist axis&#8221;
