Promoted by the provincial institution ten years ago, it currently brings together producers and more than 400 companies throughout the province&#8221;. &#8220;It goes beyond a simple brand, it allows to know closely and taste the excellence and quality of the best producers and the best gastronomy of our province,&#8221; he stressed.<\/p>\n<p>For the president of the Provincial Government it is a great pride &#8220;to be able to receive a recognition that was previously awarded to such outstanding figures as the three Michelin stars Mart\u00edn Berasategui, our Michelin stars, Ra\u00fal Resino and Miguel Barrera, among others&#8221;. &#8220;It&#8217;s a huge honor,&#8221; he added.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;These names embody excellence and commitment to gastronomic quality in our province, and sharing this award with them is a source of great pride and gratitude,&#8221; said Marta Barrachina, who expressed her gratitude to L&#8217;Olla de la Plana for this recognition that &#8220;highlights the commitment of our provincial institution to the promotion and preservation of the gastronomic culture of our province.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>In this way, the president of the Provincial Government has valued the work done every day by the cooks associated with L&#8217;Olla de la Plana and has assured that &#8220;it is more than a gastronomic society&#8221;. &#8220;L&#8217;Olla de la Plana is a true symbol of dedication and passion for good food,&#8221; he said.
