The Diputaci\u00f3n de Castell\u00f3n is promoting the I Feria de la Cervesa Artesanal Castell\u00f3 Ruta de Sabor, which will take place on October 20, 21 and 22 in the Plaza Las Aulas in Castell\u00f3n with the aim of positioning its quality among the people of Castell\u00f3n.<\/strong><\/h3>\n<\/div>\n

The Provincial Council of Castell\u00f3n promotes the I Craft Beer Fair Castell\u00f3 Ruta de Sabor, which will take place on 20, 21 and 22 October in the Plaza Las Aulas in Castell\u00f3n with the aim of positioning its quality among the people of Castell\u00f3n. This new event will be one of the 21 actions with which the Provincial Government, through its brand Castell\u00f3 Ruta de Sabor, will promote the consumption of local products until the end of the year and after the recent incorporation of 40 new producers to the differentiating element. <\/p>\n

The deputy responsible for Castell\u00f3 Ruta de Sabor, Pablo Roig, explained that “it is precisely this last quarter of the year when the promotion of local products is intensified to coincide with the dates leading up to Christmas. Specifically, this fair will serve to raise awareness among the people of Castell\u00f3n of the province’s craft beers and their quality as part of the work we are doing to make the citizens of Castell\u00f3n the best ambassadors of our products”.<\/p>\n

It should be noted that five craft beer producers from Castell\u00f3n have already confirmed their participation in this event: Castell\u00f3 Beer Factory, Cervesa Montmir\u00e0, Bad\u00fam, Isanbeer and Canabeer.<\/p>\n

“We have created, hand in hand with producers, an event that serves to boost the activity of Castell\u00f3n during the weekend through our products. Thus, there will be a foodtruck with food from Castell\u00f3 Ruta de Sabor and live music during the three days of Friday, Saturday and Sunday,” explained the deputy.<\/p>\n

More than 100 products already included in the brand<\/b><\/p>\n

The consolidation of the brand of local products Castell\u00f3 Ruta de Sabor as a dynamic element of the agri-food sector of the province is already a reality with the recent inclusion of 40 new producers. There are now 80 producers and more than 100 products from 14 different agri-food sectors. <\/p>\n

The ambition of the Provincial Council of Castell\u00f3n with the enhancement of the gastronomy of the province is such that the Government of the province is already working on the creation of Castell\u00f3 Ruta de Sabor as a new tourism product of Castell\u00f3n.<\/p>\n
