Jos\u00e9 Mart\u00ed et Virginia Mart\u00ed inaugurent le plus grand congr\u00e8s culinaire d’Espagne \u00e0 la Fira Val\u00e8ncia avec la pr\u00e9sence de 21 producteurs de Castell\u00f3n.<\/strong><\/h3>\n<\/div>\n

La Diputaci\u00f3n de Castell\u00f3n a d\u00e9barqu\u00e9 ce lundi \u00e0 \u00a0\u00bb Mediterranean Gastr\u00f3noma \u00ab\u00a0, le plus grand congr\u00e8s culinaire d’Espagne, avec une grande repr\u00e9sentation de producteurs d\u00e9sireux de faire conna\u00eetre leurs produits aux mains les plus convoit\u00e9es de la gastronomie nationale. La d\u00e9l\u00e9gation provinciale participe sous la marque de qualit\u00e9 \u00ab\u00a0Castell\u00f3 Ruta de Sabor\u00a0\u00bb, promue par la corporation elle-m\u00eame. Le pr\u00e9sident de la Diputaci\u00f3n Foral de Castell\u00f3n, Jos\u00e9 Mart\u00ed, accompagn\u00e9 de l’adjointe au tourisme, Virginia Mart\u00ed, s’est rendu aujourd’hui au centre de congr\u00e8s Fira Val\u00e8ncia pour rencontrer chacun des 21 stands repr\u00e9sentant la province \u00e0 \u00a0\u00bb Gastr\u00f3noma \u00ab\u00a0. Jos\u00e9 Mart\u00ed a remerci\u00e9 les personnes pr\u00e9sentes pour leur travail continu \u00a0\u00bb afin d’offrir aux consommateurs les produits artisanaux de la meilleure qualit\u00e9 \u00a0\u00bb et pour l’effort qu’elles d\u00e9ploient chaque jour \u00a0\u00bb pour mettre en valeur et diffuser notre richesse gastronomique au-del\u00e0 de la Penyagolosa \u00ab\u00a0. Dans ce sens, le pr\u00e9sident est convaincu que le tourisme gastronomique devient de plus en plus important \u00ab\u00a0et c’est pourquoi nous ne pouvons pas laisser le train s’\u00e9loigner de nous. Avec des produits de premi\u00e8re qualit\u00e9, nous pouvons croire que notre province peut \u00eatre comp\u00e9titive avec toutes les garanties de succ\u00e8s. C’est pourquoi nous sommes encore plus int\u00e9ress\u00e9s par la promotion de notre propre marque \u00ab\u00a0Castell\u00f3 Ruta de Sabor\u00a0\u00bb, afin qu’elle nous donne plus de visibilit\u00e9 partout o\u00f9 nous allons\u00a0\u00bb. Mart\u00ed consid\u00e8re que la pr\u00e9sence de la gastronomie de la province \u00e0 la Fira Val\u00e8ncia est \u00ab\u00a0tr\u00e8s n\u00e9cessaire\u00a0\u00bb, \u00ab\u00a0car il s’agit d’une vitrine comme il en existe peu pour pr\u00e9senter nos produits, leur qualit\u00e9 et leur vari\u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e0 un nombre infini de professionnels de la restauration, de l’h\u00f4tellerie et de l’alimentation\u00a0\u00bb.
