Aujourd&rsquo;hui, le pr\u00e9sident de la Diputaci\u00f3n Foral de Castell\u00f3n, Jos\u00e9 Mart\u00ed, a assist\u00e9 aux expositions gastronomiques des \u00e9toiles Michelin Miguel Barreda du restaurant Cal Parad\u00eds (Vall d&rsquo;Alba) et Alejandra Herrador et Emmanuel Carlucci du restaurant Atalaya (Alcal\u00e0 de Xivert), o\u00f9 il a annonc\u00e9 une nouvelle \u00e9dition du festival gastronomique qui a connu un grand succ\u00e8s \u00e0 Benicarl\u00f3, o\u00f9 se sont r\u00e9unis des restaurants \u00e9toil\u00e9s de renom. <\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">M. Mart\u00ed a soulign\u00e9 que \u00ab\u00a0ce grand \u00e9v\u00e9nement gastronomique a \u00e9t\u00e9 organis\u00e9 \u00e0 l&rsquo;occasion du 200e anniversaire de la Diputaci\u00f3n Foral de Castell\u00f3n et qu&rsquo;il n&rsquo;est pas pr\u00eat de s&rsquo;arr\u00eater. La province dispose de produits gastronomiques et de mati\u00e8res premi\u00e8res de grande qualit\u00e9, et ce festival est une excellente vitrine pour les faire conna\u00eetre\u00a0\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">Pour sa part, l&rsquo;adjointe provinciale au tourisme, Virginia Mart\u00ed, a soulign\u00e9 l&rsquo;importance de la gastronomie en tant que \u00a0\u00bb p\u00f4le touristique de premier plan \u00ab\u00a0. \u00ab\u00a0Le conseil provincial de Castell\u00f3n maintient son engagement et son soutien au secteur gastronomique et au tourisme, et ce type d&rsquo;initiative en est un exemple\u00a0\u00bb, a ajout\u00e9 l&rsquo;adjointe provinciale. <\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">La municipalit\u00e9 qui accueillera cette deuxi\u00e8me \u00e9dition n&rsquo;ayant pas encore \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9termin\u00e9e, l&rsquo;\u00e9v\u00e9nement deviendra la grande vitrine des produits et des entreprises regroup\u00e9s sous la marque \u00a0\u00bb Castell\u00f3 Ruta de Sabor \u00ab\u00a0. Il y aura une zone d&rsquo;exposition o\u00f9 les visiteurs pourront acheter des produits alimentaires, des plats et des tapas pr\u00e9par\u00e9s par les restaurants, qu&rsquo;ils pourront d\u00e9guster dans les espaces pr\u00e9vus \u00e0 cet effet. <\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><strong>Showcooking<\/strong><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">Le stand de Castell\u00f3 a accueilli aujourd&rsquo;hui deux \u00ab\u00a0showcookings\u00a0\u00bb. La premi\u00e8re a \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9alis\u00e9e par l&rsquo;\u00e9toile Michelin Miguel Barreda, du restaurant Cal Parad\u00eds (Vall d&rsquo;Alba), qui a pr\u00e9par\u00e9 un plat compos\u00e9 de tomate penjar avec des sardines et de l&rsquo;ail grill\u00e9. Le pr\u00e9sident de la Diputaci\u00f3n Foral de Castell\u00f3n, Jos\u00e9 Mart\u00ed, et la conseill\u00e8re au tourisme, Virginia Mart\u00ed, ont pu d\u00e9guster ce plat.
