Le deuxi\u00e8me vice-pr\u00e9sident et adjoint au tourisme, Andr\u00e9s Mart\u00ednez, souligne le succ\u00e8s de ces journ\u00e9es bas\u00e9es sur la cuisine d’automne, au cours desquelles 19 restaurants ont pr\u00e9par\u00e9 des \u00ab\u00a0menus merveilleux\u00a0\u00bb.<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u00ab\u00a0C’est un honneur de remettre ces prix qui r\u00e9compensent l’effort, la pers\u00e9v\u00e9rance et le d\u00e9vouement de nos restaurants et de nos chefs\u00a0\u00bb. C’est ce qu’a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 le deuxi\u00e8me vice-pr\u00e9sident de la Diputaci\u00f3n Foral de Castell\u00f3n et adjoint au tourisme, Andr\u00e9s Mart\u00ednez, lors de la remise des prix de la IIe Gastronomie d’automne de Castell\u00f3 Ruta de Sabor. Le deuxi\u00e8me vice-pr\u00e9sident a soulign\u00e9 le succ\u00e8s de ces journ\u00e9es gastronomiques bas\u00e9es sur la cuisine d’automne, au cours desquelles 19 restaurants de diff\u00e9rentes municipalit\u00e9s de la province, certifi\u00e9s par la marque de qualit\u00e9 Castell\u00f3 Ruta de Sabor, ont pr\u00e9par\u00e9 \u00a0\u00bb de merveilleux menus \u00e9labor\u00e9s avec le plus grand soin \u00ab\u00a0. \u00ab\u00a0La gastronomie de Castell\u00f3n est un tr\u00e9sor que nous devons valoriser. Nos produits de qualit\u00e9, l’excellence de nos chefs et le patrimoine culinaire que nous poss\u00e9dons font de Castell\u00f3n une destination touristique unique\u00a0\u00bb, a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 l’adjoint au tourisme. Il a \u00e9galement ajout\u00e9 que \u00a0\u00bb la Diputaci\u00f3n Foral de Castell\u00f3n travaille \u00e0 promouvoir notre cuisine traditionnelle et \u00e0 attirer les visiteurs dans notre province afin qu’ils puissent go\u00fbter les saveurs uniques de cette terre \u00ab\u00a0. Ainsi, les IIe Journ\u00e9es gastronomiques d’automne refl\u00e8tent l’engagement de l’institution provinciale en faveur de la promotion de la gastronomie et du d\u00e9veloppement du secteur culinaire dans la province. Le conseiller en tourisme, Andr\u00e9s Mart\u00ednez, a salu\u00e9 les efforts de tous les restaurants qui ont particip\u00e9 \u00e0 ce concours et a f\u00e9licit\u00e9 les laur\u00e9ats. \u00ab\u00a0F\u00e9licitations aux chefs et aux restaurants qui ont \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9compens\u00e9s lors de cet \u00e9v\u00e9nement et \u00e0 tous ceux qui y ont particip\u00e9\u00a0\u00bb, a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 le deuxi\u00e8me vice-pr\u00e9sident, qui a ajout\u00e9 que \u00ab\u00a0ce prix d\u00e9montre la qualit\u00e9 et le talent des professionnels de la gastronomie de la province de Castell\u00f3n\u00a0\u00bb. Le premier prix a \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9cern\u00e9 au restaurant Cor de Carxofa de Benicarl\u00f3. Le deuxi\u00e8me prix a \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9cern\u00e9 au restaurant San Remo d’Altura et le troisi\u00e8me au restaurant l’Escudella de Vilafranca. \u00ab\u00a0Les efforts que vous avez d\u00e9ploy\u00e9s pour chaque menu et chaque plat m\u00e9ritent cette reconnaissance apr\u00e8s tant d’efforts\u00a0\u00bb, a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 Andr\u00e9s Mart\u00ednez.
