Le Conseil provincial de Castell\u00f3n mettra en valeur la richesse gastronomique de la province avec la participation de Castell\u00f3 Ruta de Sabor au Salimat, le Salon atlantique de l’alimentation, qui se tiendra du 6 au 8 juin dans la ville de Silleda, \u00e0 Pontevedra.<\/strong><\/h3>\n<\/div>\n

La Diputaci\u00f3n Foral de Castell\u00f3n mettra en valeur la richesse gastronomique de la province avec la participation de Castell\u00f3 Ruta de Sabor au Salimat, le Salon Atlantique de l’Alimentation, qui se tiendra du 6 au 8 juin dans la ville de Silleda, \u00e0 Pontevedra. C’est la premi\u00e8re fois que la marque de produits gastronomiques et de tourisme de la Diputaci\u00f3n Foral participe \u00e0 ce forum de premier plan dans le nord du pays, et elle le fera avec son propre stand, qui disposera d’une zone d’exposition et de d\u00e9gustation de produits, ainsi que d’une zone r\u00e9serv\u00e9e aux producteurs pour les r\u00e9unions d’affaires. <\/p>\n

L’adjoint provincial au d\u00e9veloppement rural, Pablo Roig, a expliqu\u00e9 que \u00ab\u00a0la participation du Conseil provincial avec Castell\u00f3 Ruta de Sabor au Salimat s’inscrit dans le cadre du travail que nous avons r\u00e9alis\u00e9 pour ouvrir de nouvelles opportunit\u00e9s aux producteurs de notre territoire en ce qui concerne l’ouverture de nouveaux march\u00e9s pour la vente de leurs produits et que cela se traduira par une richesse pour notre province\u00a0\u00bb.<\/p>\n

Il convient de noter que, outre la Diputaci\u00f3n, neuf producteurs des secteurs de l’allioli et des sauces, des confitures, de la truga, des liqueurs artisanales, des caves \u00e0 vin et des \u0153ufs seront pr\u00e9sents.<\/p>\n

M. Roig a assur\u00e9 que \u00ab\u00a0nous continuons \u00e0 ajouter de nouvelles opportunit\u00e9s pour nos petites entreprises, pour nos villes, afin que les produits de Castell\u00f3n soient de plus en plus connus et appr\u00e9ci\u00e9s, y compris par les palais les plus exigeants\u00a0\u00bb.<\/p>\n

Positionnement de la gastronomie de Castell\u00f3n lors d’\u00e9v\u00e9nements sectoriels.<\/b><\/p>\n

Le travail du Conseil provincial avec Castell\u00f3 Ruta de Sabor a permis, au cours des quatre ann\u00e9es \u00e9coul\u00e9es depuis la cr\u00e9ation de la marque par le gouvernement provincial de Javier Moliner, de positionner les produits de Castell\u00f3 dans les principaux \u00e9v\u00e9nements du secteur.<\/p>\n

Ainsi, en plus de la participation au Salimat le mois prochain, il faut ajouter la participation \u00e0 Millesime Madrid, Gastr\u00f3noma depuis 2016, Madrid Fusi\u00f3n, Sal\u00f3n Gourmets, Fruit Logistica Fair ou la pr\u00e9sence continue du produit gastronomique \u00e0 la Foire FITUR en tant que principale vitrine du secteur touristique, avec des showcookings et des d\u00e9gustations de produits dans toutes les \u00e9ditions.<\/p>\n

Il convient de rappeler qu’en quatre ans d’existence, Castell\u00f3 Ruta de Sabor a r\u00e9ussi \u00e0 r\u00e9unir plus de 100 producteurs et s’est r\u00e9cemment transform\u00e9 en un produit de tourisme gastronomique, dont b\u00e9n\u00e9ficient les municipalit\u00e9s, ainsi que les \u00e9tablissements touristiques, les restaurants et les \u00e9tablissements h\u00f4teliers et de restauration.<\/p>\n
