La Diputaci\u00f3n Foral investit 28 050 euros dans cet \u00e9v\u00e9nement, qui pr\u00e9sente les meilleurs produits fabriqu\u00e9s dans la Communaut\u00e9 valencienne et dans d’autres r\u00e9gions d’Espagne lors de la Feria Valencia.<\/strong><\/h3>\n<\/div>\n

Un total de 28 producteurs regroup\u00e9s sous le nom de Castell\u00f3 Ruta de Sabor occuperont un espace central et pr\u00e9\u00e9minent lors de la quatri\u00e8me \u00e9dition de Gastr\u00f3noma, le salon de la gastronomie m\u00e9diterran\u00e9enne qui se tiendra \u00e0 Feria Valencia les 10, 11 et 12 novembre. C’est ce qui a \u00e9t\u00e9 pr\u00e9cis\u00e9 lors de la r\u00e9union tenue par l’adjointe provinciale au tourisme, Virginia Mart\u00ed, et l’adjoint provincial au d\u00e9veloppement rural, Santi P\u00e9rez, avec le directeur de Gastr\u00f3noma, Alejandro Roda. La Diputaci\u00f3n Foral de Castell\u00f3n investit 28 050 euros dans cet \u00e9v\u00e9nement, dont elle est l’un des principaux sponsors avec la Diputaci\u00f3n Foral de Valencia et Turisme Comunitat Valenciana. <\/p>\n

Virgina Mart\u00ed a soulign\u00e9 qu’il s’agit d’un investissement n\u00e9cessaire \u00ab\u00a0car les meilleurs produits de la Communaut\u00e9 valencienne et d’autres r\u00e9gions d’Espagne sont expos\u00e9s \u00e0 cette foire\u00a0\u00bb. Selon Mme Mart\u00ed, \u00ab\u00a0sans le soutien de la Diputaci\u00f3n, beaucoup de nos producteurs ne pourraient pas \u00eatre pr\u00e9sents \u00e0 la foire parce qu’ils n’auraient pas les moyens de payer le co\u00fbt du stand\u00a0\u00bb. <\/p>\n

Le d\u00e9put\u00e9 est convaincu que \u00ab\u00a0Gastr\u00f3noma est un salon o\u00f9 il faut \u00eatre parce que le tourisme gastronomique devient de plus en plus important et parce que dans ce domaine, gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 la qualit\u00e9 de nos produits, la province de Castell\u00f3n peut rivaliser avec toutes les garanties de succ\u00e8s\u00a0\u00bb. De plus, \u00ab\u00a0il se trouve que notre province est la seule \u00e0 participer \u00e0 cet \u00e9v\u00e9nement promotionnel avec sa propre marque\u00a0\u00bb. Les 28 producteurs qui seront regroup\u00e9s sous la marque Castell\u00f3 Ruta de Sabor occuperont le stand de la Diputaci\u00f3n Foral de Castell\u00f3n. <\/p>\n

Gastr\u00f3noma est un forum ouvert qui r\u00e9unit de grands chefs, des fabricants, des distributeurs, des petits commer\u00e7ants et des artisans, qui a enregistr\u00e9 plus de 17 000 visites lors de l’\u00e9dition 2018. L’\u00e9dition 2019, qui devrait \u00eatre la meilleure de tous les temps, disposera de 30 % d’espace suppl\u00e9mentaire pour offrir le meilleur service possible \u00e0 un public de plus en plus professionnel.
