Elle se d\u00e9roulera du 7 au 30 novembre. 60 000 personnes sont attendues, 180 000 tapas seront consomm\u00e9es et un chiffre d’affaires de 1,9 million d’euros est pr\u00e9vu. <\/strong><\/h3>\n<\/div>\n

Un total de 71 bars et restaurants situ\u00e9s dans les zones Ouest (6), Est (20), Nord (12) et Centre (33) de la ville de Castell\u00f3 participeront, entre le 7 et le 30 novembre, \u00e0 la Xe Ruta de la Tapa – Sabores de Castell\u00f3, parrain\u00e9e par la Diputaci\u00f3n Foral de Castell\u00f3n et sa marque de r\u00e9f\u00e9rence Castell\u00f3 Ruta de Sabor, ainsi que par la Mairie de la capitale et Turisme Comunitat Valenciana \u00e0 travers sa marque gastronomique L’Exquisit Mediterrani. C’est ce qui a \u00e9t\u00e9 annonc\u00e9 lors du gala de pr\u00e9sentation qui s’est d\u00e9roul\u00e9 cet apr\u00e8s-midi dans la salle Nodo de l’h\u00f4tel Jaime I, en pr\u00e9sence de la d\u00e9put\u00e9e provinciale du Tourisme, Virginia Mart\u00ed. Au total, 142 tapas seront pr\u00e9sent\u00e9es, deux par \u00e9tablissement inscrit, qui devront faire r\u00e9f\u00e9rence \u00e0 un produit gastronomique local ou provincial. L’\u00e9dition de cette ann\u00e9e fera la promotion de la marque Castell\u00f3 Ruta de Sabor et comprendra un registre des \u00e9tablissements qui utilisent des produits ayant adh\u00e9r\u00e9 \u00e0 cette marque. On estime qu’environ 60 000 personnes y participeront, g\u00e9n\u00e9rant une consommation d’environ 180 000 tapas et un chiffre d’affaires de 1,9 million d’euros. Tout au long du parcours, divers \u00e9v\u00e9nements de promotion et de communication seront organis\u00e9s \u00e0 l’intention du public et des m\u00e9dias. L’\u00e9v\u00e9nement final aura lieu le 10 d\u00e9cembre avec la remise des prix, qui sera d\u00e9cid\u00e9e par un vote public et l’avis d’un comit\u00e9 gastronomique compos\u00e9 d’experts et de sponsors. L’adjointe provinciale au tourisme a indiqu\u00e9 que 13 \u00e9tablissements suppl\u00e9mentaires participeront \u00e0 l’\u00e9dition de cette ann\u00e9e par rapport \u00e0 la pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente, et s’est dite convaincue que la gastronomie \u00ab\u00a0sera un facteur d\u00e9terminant dans la promotion du tourisme dans la province de Castell\u00f3n, dont les produits, de par leur qualit\u00e9, sont tr\u00e8s appr\u00e9ci\u00e9s\u00a0\u00bb. Mercat Central de Castell\u00f3 et DIL seront les fournisseurs officiels de cet \u00e9v\u00e9nement, Magna \u00e9tant la bi\u00e8re officielle. L’image de cette ann\u00e9e est une \u0153uvre intitul\u00e9e Men\u00fa, cr\u00e9\u00e9e par le peintre Traver Calzada.
