Plus de 70 000 personnes ont particip\u00e9 \u00e0 l’\u00e9dition 2019, au cours de laquelle 180 000 tapas ont \u00e9t\u00e9 servies dans 71 \u00e9tablissements de la capitale.<\/strong><\/h3>\n<\/div>\n

Le mi-cuit de foie de La Botiga de la Figa est la meilleure tapa de l’ann\u00e9e \u00e0 Castell\u00f3. C’est l’avis du jury populaire et professionnel de la dixi\u00e8me \u00e9dition du parcours \u00a0\u00bb Saveurs de Castell\u00f3 \u00ab\u00a0, qui a d\u00e9voil\u00e9 cet apr\u00e8s-midi les noms des laur\u00e9ats de 2019 lors d’un gala organis\u00e9 \u00e0 l’h\u00f4tel Jaime I de la capitale de La Plana. L’adjoint \u00e0 la lutte contre le d\u00e9peuplement et au d\u00e9veloppement rural, Santi P\u00e9rez, a particip\u00e9 \u00e0 l’\u00e9v\u00e9nement au nom de Castell\u00f3 Ruta de Sabor, sponsor, avec la mairie de Castell\u00f3 et l’Agence valencienne du tourisme, de cet \u00e9v\u00e9nement gastronomique consolid\u00e9. Le plat d’artichauts textur\u00e9s d’El Pixav\u00ed est arriv\u00e9 en deuxi\u00e8me position, suivi des fromages de Castell\u00f3 d’Ataula Gastrobar. En ce qui concerne les prix sp\u00e9cifiques, la tapa \u00a0\u00bb tastarina \u00a0\u00bb de Tastant a re\u00e7u cette ann\u00e9e une mention sp\u00e9ciale en tant que tapa la plus populaire et la \u00a0\u00bb casta\u00f1era \u00a0\u00bb d’El Pixav\u00ed pour sa pr\u00e9sentation. La \u00ab\u00a0ratj\u00e0 de mercat\u00a0\u00bb, du bar del Mercat, est la tapa la plus traditionnelle, tandis que le meilleur dessin est celui de Gasset Ib\u00e9ricos, pour \u00ab\u00a0fr\u00edo oto\u00f1o\u00a0\u00bb (automne froid). <\/p>\n

UN \u00c9V\u00c9NEMENT \u00c9TABLI<\/strong><\/p>\n

En l’espace de 10 ans, \u00ab\u00a0Sabores de Castell\u00f3n\u00a0\u00bb est devenu le plus grand \u00e9v\u00e9nement gastronomique de la ville, avec des chiffres qui s’am\u00e9liorent d’ann\u00e9e en ann\u00e9e. Selon le comit\u00e9 organisateur, cette ann\u00e9e, 70 000 personnes ont particip\u00e9 \u00e0 l’\u00e9v\u00e9nement et ont d\u00e9gust\u00e9 180 000 tapas dans 71 \u00e9tablissements de Castell\u00f3n, soit 13 de plus que lors de l’\u00e9dition pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente.
