Le pr\u00e9sident de la Diputaci\u00f3n Foral de Castell\u00f3n, Jos\u00e9 Mart\u00ed, a ratifi\u00e9 aujourd’hui au Salon International du Tourisme (Fitur) l’adh\u00e9sion de Castell\u00f3n Ruta del Sabor au r\u00e9seau gastrotouristique L’Exquisit Mediterrani, un engagement ferme de l’institution provinciale pour unir les forces des trois provinces et donner un \u00e9lan \u00e0 la gastronomie de la Comunitat Valenciana sous une marque commune, sans perdre l’identit\u00e9 de la marque Castell\u00f3n. La c\u00e9r\u00e9monie de signature, qui s’est d\u00e9roul\u00e9e sur la place centrale du stand de la Communaut\u00e9 valencienne, s’est d\u00e9roul\u00e9e en pr\u00e9sence du pr\u00e9sident de la Generalitat, Ximo Puig, du secr\u00e9taire r\u00e9gional au Tourisme, Francesc Colomer, ainsi que des pr\u00e9sidents des conseils provinciaux de Castell\u00f3n, Jos\u00e9 Mart\u00ed, de Valence, Toni Gaspar, et d’Alicante, Carlos Maz\u00f3n, qui ont adh\u00e9r\u00e9 \u00e0 L’Exquisit Mediterrani. Dans son discours, Jos\u00e9 Mart\u00ed a soulign\u00e9 que Castell\u00f3n est une destination qui \u00ab\u00a0vaut la peine d’\u00eatre visit\u00e9e pour de nombreuses raisons, et l’une d’entre elles est la gastronomie et les produits qui composent la Castell\u00f3n Ruta del Sabor, qui offrent une explosion de saveurs, une vari\u00e9t\u00e9 et une qualit\u00e9 qui sont essentielles pour que le bon chef, et le bon mangeur, puissent en profiter\u00a0\u00bb. En rejoignant aujourd’hui le r\u00e9seau Gastrotourisme de la Comunitat Valenciana, l’Exquisit Mediterrani \u00ab\u00a0nous rend sans aucun doute plus forts lorsqu’il s’agit de positionner notre gastronomie comme un produit unique et de qualit\u00e9 au niveau international, car la gastronomie est, sans aucun doute, une proposition essentielle pour rivaliser avec le reste de la r\u00e9gion\u00a0\u00bb, une proposition essentielle pour \u00eatre comp\u00e9titif sur un march\u00e9 aussi intense que le tourisme \u00ab\u00a0, a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 M. Mart\u00ed, qui est convaincu que Castell\u00f3n Ruta del Sabor, qui compte plus de 200 entreprises membres, avec des produits tels que l’huile d’olive, les truffes et les artichauts, b\u00e9n\u00e9ficiera d’une plus grande impulsion de la part de l’Exquisit Mediterrani. Pour sa part, le pr\u00e9sident de la Generalitat, Ximo Puig, a soulign\u00e9 que \u00a0\u00bb la gastronomie apporte authenticit\u00e9 et qualit\u00e9 \u00e0 l’offre touristique \u00a0\u00bb et qu'\u00a0\u00bb elle se consolide comme l’un des facteurs de diff\u00e9renciation qui aident \u00e0 attirer les touristes \u00a0\u00bb ainsi qu'\u00a0\u00bb \u00e0 construire une image de marque puissante \u00ab\u00a0. C’est pourquoi il a remerci\u00e9 \u00ab\u00a0l’effort consensuel de tous les agents et de tout le territoire\u00a0\u00bb pour adh\u00e9rer \u00e0 ce r\u00e9seau gastrotouristique qui \u00ab\u00a0\u00e9largit le concept de gastronomie\u00a0\u00bb pour \u00ab\u00a0partager le style de vie m\u00e9diterran\u00e9en avec nos visiteurs\u00a0\u00bb.
