A la jornada d&#8217;avui, el president de la Diputaci\u00f3 de Castell\u00f3, Jos\u00e9 Mart\u00ed, ha assistit a les exhibicions gastron\u00f2miques de les estrelles Michel\u00edn Miguel Barreda del restaurant Cal Parad\u00eds (Vall d&#8217;Alba) i Alejandra Herrador i Emmanuel Carlucci del restaurant Atalaya (Alcal\u00e0 de Xivert), on ha anunciat una nova edici\u00f3 del festival gastron\u00f2mic que tant \u00e8xit va tenir a Benicarl\u00f3, on es van donar cita reconeguts restaurants amb estrella Michelin. <\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">Mart\u00ed ha assenyalat que \u201caquest gran esdeveniment gastron\u00f2mic es va organitzar amb motiu del 200\u00e8 aniversari de la Diputaci\u00f3 de Castell\u00f3 i arriba per quedar-s&#8217;hi. A la prov\u00edncia comptem amb productes gastron\u00f2mics de gran qualitat i una mat\u00e8ria primera de gran nivell, i aquest festival \u00e9s un gran aparador per donar-los a con\u00e8ixer\u201d.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">Per part seva, la diputada provincial de Turisme, Virginia Mart\u00ed, ha ressaltat la import\u00e0ncia de la gastronomia com \u201cun eix tur\u00edstic de primer nivell\u201d. &#8220;Des de la Diputaci\u00f3 de Castell\u00f3 mantenim el nostre comprom\u00eds i suport al sector gastron\u00f2mic i el turisme i aquest tipus d\u00b4iniciatives en s\u00f3n un exemple&#8221;, ha afegit la diputada provincial. <\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">Mancant concretar el municipi que acollir\u00e0 aquesta segona edici\u00f3, l&#8217;esdeveniment es convertir\u00e0 en el gran aparador dels productes i les empreses que s&#8217;agrupen sota la marca &#8216;Castell\u00f3 Ruta de Sabor&#8217;. Comptar\u00e0 amb zona expositiva on es podran adquirir productes agroalimentaris, plats i tapes elaborats per restaurants, que es podran tastar en espais habilitats amb aquesta finalitat. <\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">&#8216; <strong>Showcooking<\/strong> &#8216;<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">L&#8217;estand de Castell\u00f3 ha acollit avui dos xoucookings. El primer ha estat a c\u00e0rrec de l&#8217;estrella Michel\u00edn Miguel Barreda del restaurant Cal Parad\u00eds (Vall d&#8217;Alba) que ha elaborat un plat compost per tom\u00e0quet de colgar amb sardina de bota i alls a la brasa. El president de la Diputaci\u00f3 de Castell\u00f3, Jos\u00e9 Mart\u00ed, i la diputada de Turisme, Virginia Mart\u00ed, han pogut degustar aquest plat. A m\u00e9s, la degustaci\u00f3 ha coincidit amb la visita del president de la Generalitat, Ximo Puig, a l&#8217;estand de Castell\u00f3 i tamb\u00e9 ha pogut tastar aquest plat.   <\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">El segon xoucooking ha estat a c\u00e0rrec d&#8217;Alejandra Herrador i Emmanuel Carlucci del restaurant Atalaya (Alcal\u00e0 de Xivert) que ha preparat carxofa de Benicarl\u00f3 amb crema de formatge combinat amb oli de sobrassada amb acabat de t\u00f2fona.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"featured_media":17255,"template":"","categoria":[159,161],"class_list":["post-17253","noticia","type-noticia","status-publish","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","categoria-castello-ruta-de-sabor-va","categoria-turisme"],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v28.2 -
