{"id":17513,"date":"2024-05-06T11:57:05","date_gmt":"2024-05-06T09:57:05","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.castellorutadesabor.es\/noticia\/diputacio-consolida-el-festival-gastronomic-castello-ruta-de-sabor-amb-un-increment-del-40-dassistents-a-la-tercera-edicio-celebrada-a-alcossebre\/"},"modified":"2024-05-06T11:57:05","modified_gmt":"2024-05-06T09:57:05","slug":"diputacio-consolida-el-festival-gastronomic-castello-ruta-de-sabor-amb-un-increment-del-40-dassistents-a-la-tercera-edicio-celebrada-a-alcossebre","status":"publish","type":"noticia","link":"https:\/\/www.castellorutadesabor.es\/va\/noticia\/diputacio-consolida-el-festival-gastronomic-castello-ruta-de-sabor-amb-un-increment-del-40-dassistents-a-la-tercera-edicio-celebrada-a-alcossebre\/","title":{"rendered":"Diputaci\u00f3 consolida el Festival Gastron\u00f2mic Castell\u00f3 Ruta de Sabor amb un increment del 40% d&#8217;assistents a la tercera edici\u00f3 celebrada a Alcossebre"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>M\u00e9s de 35.000 persones han gaudit dels millors sabors de Castell\u00f3 durant els tres dies de celebraci\u00f3 del certamen gastron\u00f2mic.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>La Diputaci\u00f3 Provincial de Castell\u00f3 consolida el Festival Gastron\u00f2mic Castell\u00f3 Ruta de Sabor amb un increment del 40% d&#8217;assistents a la tercera edici\u00f3 celebrada a Alcossebre.<\/p>\n<p>El municipi d&#8217;Alcossebre s&#8217;ha convertit durant tres dies, del 3 al 5 de maig, a l&#8217;epicentre de la gastronomia amb motiu de la celebraci\u00f3 del certamen gastron\u00f2mic en qu\u00e8 es van donar cita xefs, productors i restaurants, i n&#8217;han estat m\u00e9s de 35.000 persones les que han gaudit dels millors sabors de Castell\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;L\u00b4\u00e8xit d\u00b4assist\u00e8ncia en aquest viatge gastron\u00f2mic pel millor producte de la prov\u00edncia, \u00e9s la millor manera de celebrar el des\u00e8 aniversari de Castell\u00f3 Ruta de Sabor&#8221;, ha expressat la presidenta de la Diputaci\u00f3 de Castell\u00f3, Marta Barrachina.<\/p>\n<p>Per a la m\u00e0xima representant de la instituci\u00f3 provincial, el nombre de visitants demostra \u201cl&#8217;inter\u00e8s extraordinari per descobrir la nostra gastronomia, per con\u00e8ixer-la m\u00e9s i per deixar-se seduir per la nostra cuina i els nostres productes, tots de gran qualitat\u201d. Alcossebre ha exhibit la millor cuina de la prov\u00edncia i els visitants han pogut descobrir el sabor \u00fanic d&#8217;aquesta terra\u201d, ha afegit la presidenta.<\/p>\n<p>Sens dubte, han estat tres dies en qu\u00e8 Alcossebre s&#8217;ha convertit a l&#8217;epicentre de la millor gastronomia castellonenca amb l&#8217;esdeveniment organitzat per la Diputaci\u00f3 de Castell\u00f3 per tal de promocionar la qualitat agroaliment\u00e0ria de la prov\u00edncia. \u201cEl focus de la gastronomia nacional ha estat a casa nostra, ja que a la participaci\u00f3 dels grans xefs de la cuina espanyola, s&#8217;hi han sumat 24 productors de Castell\u00f3 i m\u00e9s de 35.000 visitants que avui ja s\u00f3n un altaveu de la grandesa i riquesa que tenen els nostres productes de quil\u00f2metre zero\u201d, ha subratllat Marta Barrachina.<\/p>\n<p>En aquest sentit, la dirigent provincial ha expressat el seu suport als productors de Castell\u00f3 i ha destacat la import\u00e0ncia d\u02bbaquest esdeveniment, perqu\u00e8 &#8220;\u00e9s fonamental promoure els nostres productes agroalimentaris en esdeveniments d\u02bbaquesta magnitud, ja que no nom\u00e9s enforteixen la nostra identitat gastron\u00f2mica, sin\u00f3 que tamb\u00e9 impulsen l\u00b4economia local i provincial\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>El nombre de visitants en aquesta tercera edici\u00f3 ha crescut un 40% respecte a l&#8217;edici\u00f3 anterior que va tenir lloc a Vinar\u00f2s el mes d&#8217;octubre passat. Unes xifres que posen en valor la consolidaci\u00f3 del Festival Gastron\u00f2mic Castell\u00f3 Ruta de Sabor en tan sols tres edicions i avalen la dimensi\u00f3 i la repercussi\u00f3 del festival.<\/p>\n<p>El vicepresident i responsable de l&#8217;\u00e0rea Tur\u00edstica, Andr\u00e9s Mart\u00ednez, ha indicat que aquesta experi\u00e8ncia gastron\u00f2mica, \u201cque ha perm\u00e8s despertar els sentits dels assistents\u201d, ha comptat amb la participaci\u00f3 de xefs i restaurants amb Estrella Michelin i Soles Repsol que n&#8217;han mostrat la destresa a la cuina a trav\u00e9s dels showcooking i que s\u00f3n: Alejandra i Emanuel (restaurant Atalaya de Alcossebre), Ra\u00fal Resino (restaurant Ra\u00fal Resino de Benicarl\u00f3), Miguel Barrera (restaurant Cal Parad\u00eds de Vall d&#8217;Alba), Xabier Goikoetxea (restaurant Oria By Mart\u00edn Berasategui de Barcelona), Alberto Ferruz (restaurant Bon Amb de X\u00e0bia, Alacant), Fran L\u00f3pez (restaurant Villa Retiro de Xerta, Tarragona), Bego\u00f1a Rodrigo (restaurant La Salita de Val\u00e8ncia), Roseta F\u00e9lix (restaurant Fraula de Val\u00e8ncia), Juanfran Valiente (restaurant Quique Dacosta de D\u00e9nia, Alacant), Rub\u00e9n Miralles (restaurant Rub\u00e9n Miralles de Vinar\u00f2s) i Nazario Cano, xef alacant\u00ed amb una Estrella Michelin i dues sols Repsol.<\/p>\n<p>L&#8217;esdeveniment tamb\u00e9 ha comptat amb una zona expositiva per als 24 productors assistents, tots adherits a la marca gastron\u00f2mica Castell\u00f3 Ruta de Sabor, aix\u00ed com una zona de restaurants, un escenari de cuina per a showcookings i presentacions de productors i empreses, a m\u00e9s de tallers , actuacions i espectacles musicals.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cEl Festival Gastron\u00f2mic Castell\u00f3 Ruta de Sabor ha comptat amb una programaci\u00f3 que ha posat de relleu tota la riquesa de la cultura gastron\u00f2mica d&#8217;una terra \u00fanica al m\u00f3n mitjan\u00e7ant experi\u00e8ncies culin\u00e0ries.
