Aix\u00ed, el Govern Provincial ha creat i dif\u00f3s un v\u00eddeo viral amb l&#8217;objectiu de seguir posicionant el peix i el marisc de Castell\u00f3 de la m\u00e0 d&#8217;un dels millors cuiners internacionals. Aquesta important iniciativa forma part de les diferents accions que contempla la Diputaci\u00f3 de Castell\u00f3 per promocionar el consum de productes aut\u00f2ctons de la prov\u00edncia, especialment durant aquestes dates amb la campanya #TriaCastell\u00f3 i com a part del seu programa estrat\u00e8gic Castell\u00f3 Ruta de Sabor de posada en valor de la gastronomia aut\u00f2ctona.  <\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">El diputat provincial de Desenvolupament Rural, Pablo Roig, ha explicat que aquesta campanya es dirigeix \u200b\u200ba posar en valor els nostres productes de la m\u00e0 d&#8217;un dels millors cuiners del m\u00f3n i gran ambaixador de la nostra marca Castell\u00f3 Ruta de Sabor. Junts estem caminant en la generaci\u00f3 de noves oportunitats per a un sector tan important per a la nostra prov\u00edncia com \u00e9s el de la pesca i una activitat de la qual ens sentim profundament orgullosos\u201d.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">El diputat ha agra\u00eft la implicaci\u00f3 de Mart\u00edn Berasategui en el projecte i ha assegurat que \u201cper a la prov\u00edncia \u00e9s un aut\u00e8ntic luxe tenir Mart\u00edn Berasategui entre nosaltres ajudant-nos sent ambaixador d&#8217;una prov\u00edncia que creu en els seus productes i que anant de la m\u00e0 ni m\u00e9s ni menys que del cuiner espanyol amb m\u00e9s estrelles Michelin del nostre pa\u00eds podem complir amb el repte de posar els nostres productes al lloc que es mereixen\u201d.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">A la pe\u00e7a audiovisual, de menys d&#8217;un minut de durada, el cuiner donostiarra apareix conversant amb el seu company de professi\u00f3 Nacho Boix, del Grau de Castell\u00f3.
