S?espera la participaci\u00f3 de 60.000 persones, un consum de 180.000 tapes i un volum de negoci d?1,9 milions d?euros <\/strong><\/h3>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"desc_post\">\n<p>Un total de 71 bars i restaurants ubicats a les zones Oest (6), Est (20), Nord (12) i Centre (33) de la ciutat de Castell\u00f3 participaran entre els dies 7 i 30 de novembre a la X Ruta de la Tapa \u2013 Sabors de Castell\u00f3, que patrocinen la Diputaci\u00f3 de Castell\u00f3 i la seua marca de refer\u00e8ncia Castell\u00f3 Ruta de Sabor, aix\u00ed com l&#8217;Ajuntament de la capital i Turisme Comunitat Valenciana a trav\u00e9s de la seua marca gastron\u00f2mica L&#8217;Exquisit Mediterrani. Aix\u00ed s&#8217;ha informat a la gala de presentaci\u00f3 que s&#8217;ha celebrat avui a la tarda al sal\u00f3 Node de l&#8217;Hotel Jaume I, a la qual ha assistit la diputada provincial de Turisme, Virginia Mart\u00ed. Es tracta d&#8217;una ruta concurs on es presentaran un total de 142 tapes, dues per cada local inscrit, que hauran d&#8217;estar elaborades amb alguna refer\u00e8ncia a un producte propi de la gastronomia local o provincial. A l&#8217;edici\u00f3 d&#8217;aquest any es promocionar\u00e0 la marca Castell\u00f3 Ruta de Sabor i quedar\u00e0 const\u00e0ncia dels establiments que utilitzen productes adscrits a la mateixa. Es calcula una participaci\u00f3 de prop de 60.000 persones que generaran un consum de prop de 180.000 tapes i un volum de negoci d&#8217;1,9 milions d&#8217;euros. Durant la ruta es faran diversos actes de promoci\u00f3 i comunicaci\u00f3 destinats al p\u00fablic i als mitjans de comunicaci\u00f3. El punt final es posar\u00e0 el 10 de desembre amb el lliurament de premis, que es decidiran amb la votaci\u00f3 del p\u00fablic i amb el dictamen d&#8217;un comit\u00e8 gastron\u00f2mic del qual formaran part experts i patrocinadors. La diputada provincial de Turisme ha informat que en l&#8217;edici\u00f3 d&#8217;aquest any participaran 13 locals m\u00e9s que a l&#8217;anterior i ha mostrat el seu convenciment que la gastronomia \u201cser\u00e0 determinant per a la promoci\u00f3 tur\u00edstica de la prov\u00edncia de Castell\u00f3, els productes dels quals, per la seva qualitat, gaudeixen de gran acceptaci\u00f3\u201d. Mercat Central de Castell\u00f3 i DIL seran els prove\u00efdors oficials d&#8217;aquest esdeveniment, que tindr\u00e0 Magna com a cervesa oficial. La imatge d\u00b4aquest any \u00e9s una obra que porta per nom Men\u00fa, elaborada pel pintor Traver Calzada.
