Aix\u00ed s&#8217;ha concretat al llarg de la reuni\u00f3 que han mantingut la diputada provincial de Turisme, Virginia Mart\u00ed, i el diputat provincial de Desenvolupament Rural, Santi P\u00e9rez, amb el director Gastr\u00f2noma, Alejandro Roda. La Diputaci\u00f3 de Castell\u00f3 inverteix 28.050 euros en aquest certamen, del que \u00e9s un dels principals patrocinadors juntament amb la Diputaci\u00f3 de Val\u00e8ncia i Turisme Comunitat Valenciana.  <\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">Virgina Mart\u00ed ha assenyalat que es tracta d\u00b4una inversi\u00f3 necess\u00e0ria &#8220;perqu\u00e8 en aquesta mostra s\u00b4exposen els millors productes de la Comunitat Valenciana i d\u00b4altres punts d\u00b4Espanya&#8221;. tenir pres\u00e8ncia a la fira perqu\u00e8 no podrien fer front al cost de l&#8217;estand\u201d. <\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">La diputada est\u00e0 conven\u00e7uda que \u201cGastr\u00f2noma \u00e9s una fira on cal estar perqu\u00e8 el turisme gastron\u00f2mic cada cop \u00e9s m\u00e9s determinant i perqu\u00e8 en aquest camp, per la qualitat dels nostres productes, la prov\u00edncia de Castell\u00f3 pot competir amb plenes garanties d&#8217;\u00e8xit \u201d. A m\u00e9s, \u201ces d\u00f3na la circumst\u00e0ncia que la nostra prov\u00edncia \u00e9s l&#8217;\u00fanica que va amb marca pr\u00f2pia a aquest esdeveniment promocional\u201d. Els 28 productors que s&#8217;agruparan sota la marca Castell\u00f3 Ruta de Sabor ocuparan l&#8217;estand de la Diputaci\u00f3 de Castell\u00f3.  <\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">Gastr\u00f3noma \u00e9s un f\u00f2rum obert en qu\u00e8 es donen cita grans cuiners fabricants, distribu\u00efdors, petits comerciants i artesans, que a l&#8217;edici\u00f3 del 2018 va registrar m\u00e9s de 17.000 visites. A la del 2019, que s&#8217;espera que sigui la millor de la hist\u00f2ria, disposar\u00e0 d&#8217;un 30% m\u00e9s d&#8217;espai per prestar la millor atenci\u00f3 possible a un p\u00fablic que cada cop \u00e9s m\u00e9s professional.
