La Diputaci\u00f3 ha donat suport a la gravaci\u00f3 a la prov\u00edncia d&#8217;aquest programa l\u00edder per ajudar a generar oportunitats al voltant de la gastronomia i la posada en valor dels productes aut\u00f2ctons de Castell\u00f3 Ruta de Sabor. Aix\u00ed, amb l&#8217;emissi\u00f3 d&#8217;aquest programa, la Diputaci\u00f3 incorpora aquesta producci\u00f3 audiovisual seguida per milions de persones a la feina i comprom\u00eds per generar noves oportunitats als productors i la gastronomia castellonenca.  <\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">El president provincial, Javier Moliner, ha explicat que \u201cdespr\u00e9s de molta feina aviat podrem veure com els cuiners m\u00e9s seguits per televisi\u00f3 elaboraran les seves creacions amb el millor producte de la prov\u00edncia i amb una estampa, la de Pen\u00edscola, que refor\u00e7a la nostra imatge tur\u00edstica entre milions de persones. Ser\u00e0 una gran oportunitat per explicar a tot Espanya que a Castell\u00f3 tenim el millor rebost del mediterrani\u201d.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">En aquest sentit, Moliner ha assegurat que \u201cel comprom\u00eds del Govern Provincial \u00e9s el de continuar obrint portes als nostres productors, als nostres pobles per tal que el nostre dest\u00ed i la nostra gastronomia siguin cada cop m\u00e9s coneguts i apreciats per m\u00e9s persones. a generar noves oportunitats de feina i econ\u00f2miques als nostres pobles, estant molt orgullosos de l&#8217;enorme qualitat que tenen els nostres productes\u201d.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">Cal tenir en compte que aquesta nova iniciativa de gravar un programa de Masterxef a la prov\u00edncia de Castell\u00f3 se suma a altres importants com l&#8217;aconseguida en fer del xef amb m\u00e9s estrelles Michel\u00edn d&#8217;Espanya, Mart\u00edn Berasategui, ambaixador de la marca Castell\u00f3 Ruta de Sabor .Dues accions sens dubte estrat\u00e8giques a l&#8217;hora de sumar visibilitat als productes de la prov\u00edncia de Castell\u00f3 com a productes de primera qualitat. <\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">\n<p align=\"justify\"><b>Un programa &#8216;amb productes de la terra&#8217;<\/b><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">Els aspirants viatgen a Castell\u00f3 per con\u00e8ixer l?encant de la prov\u00edncia a Pen\u00edscola, un dels pobles m\u00e9s bonics d?Espanya i imatge tur\u00edstica per excel\u00b7l\u00e8ncia del territori castellonenc. T\u00f2fona del Maestrat, lagostins de Vinar\u00f2s, carxofes de Benicarl\u00f3 i mandarines clemenules s\u00f3n alguns dels productes de Castell\u00f3 Ruta de Sabor amb qu\u00e8 cuinaran per a 150 comensals. A m\u00e9s, rebran els consells de Maribel, participant benicarlanda de la primera edici\u00f3 de Masterchef, i del xef castellonenc Miguel Barrera, estrella Michel\u00edn.  <\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">Per a la prova d&#8217;expulsi\u00f3, aprofundiran en el concepte de sostenibilitat i aprofitament a la cuina. Faran una recepta de croquetes amb tres tipus diferents, comptant amb l&#8217;ajuda del xef convidat Francis Paniego (dues estrelles Michelin), fill de Marisa S\u00e1nchez Paniego: Premi Nacional de Gastronomia el 1987 i cuinera de les millors croquetes del m\u00f3n.
