Borriol invites you to enjoy a weekend dedicated to local flavors with the 6th Olive and Carob Fair and the 4th Zero-Kilometre Agro-Food Fair.
For two days, Plaza de la Torre becomes a lively space where gastronomy, culture, and tradition come together.

A unique experience
This event combines local products, Mediterranean cuisine, and cultural heritage, offering visitors an immersive journey into the dryland crops that have shaped Borriol’s history and economy.
Organization
The event is organized by the Borriol Town Council, through the Departments of Commerce and Tourism, in collaboration with Terrenae, local organizations, and producers from the province.
