Located between the Calderona and Sierra Espadán Natural Parks, it is characterised by a simple cuisine based on the quality of its raw materials, such as sausages, ham and lamb. Natural products stand out, such as Caudiel cherries and olive oil from the Sierra de Espadán, obtained from the native Serrana de Espadán variety. It offers a wide range of gastronomic proposals with which to discover its culinary tradition.
