Villages with a deep-rooted gastronomic identity that has been passed down from generation to generation among families of winegrowers, farmers and stockbreeders. Castelló PGI wines play a leading role here, especially in the municipality of Les Useres. Truffle production is also becoming increasingly important in the municipalities located at higher altitudes in the region.
