Tasting under the stars – Flors Winery

Description of the experience

For two weekend nights a month during the summer months, at Bodega Flors we organize a truly unique event: a tasting under the stars. With the collaboration of Fernando Molina, chef of the restaurant La Cuina de Fernando, and Germán Perís, expert and recognized astronomer.

In a truly idyllic setting, we offer you a reception with an aperitif and wine from Bodega Flors, a visit to the grandfather’s fermentation press, a visit to the new winery where you will find the modern winemaking area, the aging room with its barrels. Afterwards, we will go to the terrace where Fernando and Vicente will explain the dishes we will taste as well as the wines with which we will pair them.

At midnight, when the stars are bright in the sky, Germán Perís will decipher the mystery of the constellations and we will enjoy their magic.

• Welcome wine accompanied by a small aperitif and an explanation of the history of Bodega Flors.
• Guided tour of the barrel room and family winemaking tools museum.
• Dinner at La Cuina de Fernando paired with 3 wines from Flors winery.
• Interpretation of the sky by Germán Peris
