A walk with Lágrima

Description of the experience

A unique olive oil tourism experience with which you will discover the secrets of the emblematic Extra Virgin Olive Oil (EVOO) Lágrima.

In the field you will learn about the olive trees of the native variety Serrana del Palancia and how the Cooperativa de Viver cultivates them to obtain exceptional oils.

At the mill, where the oil production process takes place, you can explore the modern facilities while learning about how extra virgin olive oil is made.

The experience will culminate with a hedonistic tasting of the Cooperativa de Viver’s premium EVOOs, Lágrima, Ohsade eco and Vivarium Green, accompanied by a lunch where you can sample other cooperative products, such as exquisite wines, nuts and olive pates. And as if that were not enough, you can enjoy a 10% discount for purchases in the Cooperative’s agro-shop at the end of the experience.

“A walk with Lágrima” is a journey to the heart of the Cooperative of Viver, because the oil is the origin of its cooperative project of dignified agriculture, which you will also be supporting with your visit. An experience for all audiences with which you can connect with the most authentic essence of the rural environment and discover the secrets of this gastronomic treasure.
