Description of the experience

A wine tourism experience that will immerse you in the magic of grape harvesting and will take you to relive centuries-old traditions in the production of the exquisite must.

The Cooeprativa de Viver team will guide you through the grape harvest, teaching you the traditional techniques to select the juiciest and ripest grapes. After the harvest, the traditional grape treading will take place, an ancestral process in which you will feel how the fruit turns into must under your feet.

The wine day includes two hedonistic wine tastings. The first will take place in the vineyard itself, surrounded by the serenity of the countryside and the aromas of nature. The second will be held at the facilities of the Viver Cooperative and will be accompanied by a lunch with other cooperative products.

“Harvest Time” is a unique activity that adapts to all audiences. Adults will enjoy immersing themselves in the culture of wine, while children will have a great time becoming real grape harvesters, learning and playing outdoors. Do not miss the opportunity to live this enriching experience with family or friends to disconnect from the routine and connect with the essence of the land and tradition.
