Truffle growers for a day

Description of the experience

The experience begins with the reception of visitors and the tasting of a typical breakfast in the restaurant L’Escudella, to get energy, after which we will move to the farmhouse where the truffle plantation is located accompanied by the guide of the experience. Once there, the truffle hunting will begin in a unique environment. Afterwards, we will return to the restaurant to taste a tasting menu, in which the truffle is the true protagonist of all its dishes, specially designed for the experience.

Observations / Recommendations

Hay que tener presente que estamos a 1200 mts de altitud y el clima de Vilafranca es “fresquito” en esta época. Con ropa cómoda de abrigo y calzado de montaña,  y claro, con un estado físico que te permita pasear por terreno abrupto de bosques.
